What are the best weight loss foods for women?
It’s a fair question we’ve all asked at least a time or ten, right?
When you’re ready to drop a few pounds you want to know how to do it ASAP-as in yesterday.
Trust me, I know. I have a lifetime’s worth of experience with losing weight and impatience. And while there are no magic bullets out there to magically make you skinny overnight I can tell you about several weight loss foods that will jump-start your efforts and give you the motivation you need to keep going!
Now before I get to the weight loss foods let’s talk a little bit about your plan.
Yeah, you need one. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, then you need to commit to a new way of eating. The good news is that there are plenty of options. You just have to find the one that suits your needs, lifestyle, and most importantly-one you can stick with.
Not to be too cheesy here, but I’ve been on several weight loss journeys over the course of my forty-four years. I guess you could say I’m a seasoned traveler-no pun intended. I’ve lost around 100 pounds twice. (See my low-quality pictures here for inspiration!) What I’ve learned is that no one diet works for everyone.
Weight Watchers worked for me at first, but when I hit a plateau I switched to the keto diet, and that’s when the pounds really began to drop. Obviously, I love a low carb diet, but keto isn’t for everyone. My best friend swears by a clean eating lifestyle-and another girlfriend of mine is all about Paleo. And guess what? We all get along just fine! There are pros & cons with all of them and I’ve reviewed each one (+ a few more) for you in detail so you’ll be able to make an educated decision on which direction you want to go.
I’ll link those up at the bottom of the post. Oh, and you may find affiliate links in this article. You can read more about those on my disclosure page! Now let’s move on to why you came here in the first place, shall we?
